Mark Griffith is the Executive Director of The Willows Development Center
and the CLASS and HCS Waiver Programs, EduCare of Texas’ South
Region programs, located in San Antonio. Mark began his career in the
developmental disabilities/mental retardation field after completing
his post-graduate work at Penn State in 1982. He joined EduCare of Texas
in 1997 and has held a number of key roles within the South Region.
He served as the administrator of ICF group homes, transitioned into
the role of Assistant Regional Manager, and is currently the Executive
Director at The Willows and the CLASS and HCS Waiver Programs.
